Skiing -- in July!

Another first, skiing in July! I went up to Mt. Ruapehu (site of earlier tramping trip) for a day of skiing on Thursday. Only a few lifts were open, and it was very crowded since it is still school holidays here, but it felt good to do a few runs and experience Southern Hemisphere skiing.
